Your privacy, in plain English

We keep this simple because that is how we work. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form or join our waitlist, we collect the details you give us: your name, your email address, and anything you write in your message. That is it. We do not ask for anything we do not need.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to reply to you and, if you ask, to keep you updated. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

How we measure the site

We use PostHog to count which pages people visit and which calls to action get clicked, so we can make the site more useful. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Our PostHog setup is configured to be light-touch: no cookies are set on your device, no IP address is sent to PostHog, and we do not store your name, email, or any message text in PostHog. Page visits are counted under a random in-memory identifier that resets each session.

PostHog is the data processor. They host their service in the United States and apply their own security and retention controls; you can read their privacy notice at posthog.com/privacy. If you prefer not to be counted at all, enable your browser's Do Not Track or block the script for our domain.

Booking a call

When you book a strategy call, scheduling is handled by Cal. Any details you enter on the booking page are governed by Cal's own privacy terms in addition to this notice.

How long we keep it

We keep the details you share with us (contact submissions, waitlist signups) until you ask us to delete them. We review the table at least once a year and remove anything that no longer needs to be there.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, or to delete it, at any time. Just reach out through our contact page and we will take care of it.
